NHS Nasal Flu Vaccination
As part of the National Childhood Vaccination schedule your son/daughter is being offered the nasal flu vaccination. This is being offered routinely to all children in special schools and children in primary and secondary schools in the Royal Borough of Greenwich.

To use the consent form, you will need to enter one of the following details for your child:
NHS Number or
Legal surname, their date of birth and postcode
If you decide you do not want to vaccinate your child against flu, You Must Decline using the eConsent Form. This will automatically remove your child from the flu programme, and we will not contact you further. The vaccination session will be held at your child’s school on Tuesday 4 October 2022
